About The 1-Day Refreshers
1-Day Refreshers
Open to Hoffman Process graduates, Refreshers are powerful, day-long programs led by Hoffman teachers.
Refresher topics include:
- Cultivating & Building Resilience
- Living Your Vision
- Self-Compassion
- Thriving Relationships
→ All Refreshers begin at 9:00 a.m. and run until 5:00 p.m, unless noted otherwise; time zone is denoted on Refresher description.
Refresher Tuition:
Early Registration Tuition: $230 CAD (available up until 2-week prior to Refresher date)
Standard Tuition: $285 CAD
