The Hoffman Quadrinity Process®, founded by Bob Hoffman in 1967, is a week-long in-person retreat that helps participants identify negative behaviors, moods, and ways of thinking that developed unconsciously and were conditioned in childhood.
What Is the Hoffman Process?
The Process will help you become conscious of and disconnected from negative patterns of thought and behavior on emotional, intellectual, and physical levels in order to make significant positive changes in your life on a spiritual level. You will learn to remove habitual ways of thinking and behaving, align with your authentic self, and respond to situations in your life from a place of conscious choice.
The Process takes place at Sanctum Retreat, which is in the secluded foothills of the Rocky Mountains, in the province of Alberta. Click here for more information about the venue.
Discover the life-changing results our students have experienced by taking the Hoffman Process: measurable therapeutic outcomes that have been documented by scientific studies, including reductions in anxiety and depression, and increases in overall health and well-being.

A Path to Personal Freedom & Love
Written by Bob Hoffman, this booklet offers substantial insight into the principles upon which The Hoffman Process is based.
The Hoffman Quadrinity™ Symbol was designed by Bob Hoffman in 1967 to represent the wholeness of Self: The circle represents the Body; the large vertical diamond in the middle represents the Spirit; the 2 smaller horizontal diamond shapes represent the Intellect and Emotions. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Tuition for the Hoffman Process is $7,200 CAD. Your tuition includes lodging, all meals and snacks, more than 90 hours of professional instruction and guidance, individualized attention, all program materials including post-Process manual and recordings, and a post-Process call with your teacher.
The Hoffman Process in both the USA and Canada differ in currency (US Dollars in the USA, Canadian Dollars in Canada), but are equivalent in price based on currency exchange averages. In order to make Hoffman Process tuitions equivalent in all locations, Hoffman is absorbing the full cost of the Canadian sales tax for all Canada attendees without passing the cost along to students. Pricing for USA-based programs is in US Dollars, as they originate from the USA; these include virtual, graduate, and coaching programs.

Availability & Waitlists
The availability of our dates is always subject to change. If a Process date is not listed on our registration drop-drown menu, please know that the program has reached capacity and we will be updating our website soon.
Given our extensive pre-Process assignment, due two weeks prior to the start of a scheduled Process, our waitlists consist primarily of students already registered for an upcoming program. Being registered for a future program allows someone on the waitlist to access the assignment materials (which can take approximately 10 hours to complete), and ensures their ability to jump into a last-minute program opening. You can apply to be on the waitlist for any program that is already sold out.

To understand your intellect, your emotional capacity, your physical self, a whole person is connected with their Spiritual Center, which they access through the work of the Process. From that place – the Spiritual Center – there’s not much room for depression.
