The Hoffman Institute Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to transformative adult education, spiritual growth, and the personal dimensions of leadership. We serve a diverse population from all walks of life – business professionals, stay-at-home parents, therapists, students, tradespeople – who are seeking clarity in all aspects of their lives.
Through our proprietary methodology, participants learn how to transform counterproductive beliefs, perceptions, and emotional patterns that are limiting their lives. They are taught how to live from the positive dimensions of their beings, resulting in lives that are more free, open, loving, spontaneous, joyous, creative, balanced, and whole.
Our primary fundraising emphasis is providing scholarship support to a diverse population of individuals. Some people with a strong desire to participate in the Process have financial constraints that prevent them from participating at a time when it would be most helpful to them. The Hoffman Scholarship Fund is a way to provide partial financial assistance and support. We also have dedicated funds available for educators, first responders, and military veterans. As well, we raise funds for research and development, faculty training and development, and, most recently, the purchase, expansion, and build-out of our new California retreat site, including projects that ensure the safety of our participants and programs.
The Hoffman Institute Foundation recognizes that we must increasingly embody an engaged commitment to equity and justice. We believe that transformational outcomes are possible when we work to deconstruct and understand our identities and worldviews, individually and together. We invite you to read our Equity Principles.
With affiliated Hoffman Centers in 14 countries, more than 125,000 people have found that the in-person retreat, week-long Hoffman Process improves the quality of their lives, their relationships, and their careers. In the United States, the Process is offered at beautiful retreat sites on both the west and east coasts.
