Waitlist Policy for the Hoffman Process

Thank you for your interest in the Hoffman Process. Below is information on our Waitlist policies and program requirements:

  • Registration: You must be registered for a Process before adding yourself to a waitlist.
  • Waitlist Limit: When registering, you will be able to join up to three waitlists simultaneously.
  • Waitlist Strategy: If your first choice of a Process date is not available, register for the earliest available Process date you could feasibly attend then add yourself to earlier waitlists as desired (three max) at registration.
  • No Guarantee: Being placed on a waitlist does not guarantee enrollment in the Process.
  • Documentation: Submitting enrollment documents via your online Gateway Portal will expedite your request (#1-4 on your pre-Process checklist).
  • Status Checks: We will periodically email you to confirm your interest. Please note that these check-ins do not guarantee a Process date opening.
  • Official Offers: If a spot opens, you will receive a second email with an official offer. You will have one (1) business day to respond; if we do not hear from you, your name will be removed and the spot will be offered to the next student.
  • Age Requirement: Minimum age to attend the Hoffman Process is 21.

Important Information:

  • Deposit: Your registration deposit will automatically transfer to the Process date you ultimately attend, with the remaining tuition balance due shortly before the program start date. Subsequent transfer requests will incur an administration fee.
  • Digital Detox: Participation requires being off all digital devices for the entire seven (7) days of the Process.
  • Pre-Work: If you are offered a spot, plan to set aside 10–12 hours to complete your online pre‑Process work, which is due three weeks before the program begins.
  • Post-Process: We strongly recommend reserving 48-72 hours for personal integration alone time immediately following your Process week. Try to plan 10 days for the full experience (from the Friday before your Process through the Sunday afterward).
